Some Good Lovin'

Ever since we took a nap together in the MTC (Missionary Training Center) - and I do literally mean a nap - one of those rare, sweet incidents in my history, free of sex, though not of sex jokes - Kendal Bates has ranked among my all-time favorite people.  In fact, I'd say our nap is still a reminder of how strong and intimate a friendship can be without having to 'get jiggy with it.'  It is a reminder of how strongly I can feel and all the while, also know that I will, in fact, never 'get jiggy' with Kendal.  Not that I haven't always had a crush on him.  He's damn cute and damn funny.  We haven't seen each other for years and I haven't met his wife or kids.  So with my limited knowlege of what they give him, I'd say his family is lucky to have him.  There I've said it.  Now can I please have the fifty bucks you promised me, Ken?  I really need it.

P.S. I did not take this photo.  I stole it from Kendal's facebook page. But I did hop it up a bit.
